Q: How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 15-25 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you as it is made available to us.
  • Your order is 100% insured for the protection.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any duties or tariffs that may be imposed by customs in your country.

Q: HOW ABOUT ORDER & TRACKING?

You will get an Order Confirmation email after placing your purchase, which will confirm your Order # and other purchase information. By midnight on the same day that you placed your order, you can cancel it or update your shipping details. Your order will be processed for stocking, packaging, and shipping after 6 hours, which typically takes 2 – 5 business days.

We will send you a Shipping Update email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Click on the linked link to track your package. For the first couple of days, after you receive your Shipping Update email, tracking information might not be accessible. The time between package scans may be several days. We can tell you that this is typical and will not affect your delivery as planned.

Q:  What should i do if I’m not satisfied with the item received?

If you are unhappy with the item delivered for any reasons. Please contact us via email address: Support@topwowdesign.com. Don’t forget to mention clearly the things that you don’t like, and take some photos of the QR code as well as the items you got. We are always willing to take responsibility if the mistakes belong to us.

Q: VAT taxes will be charged?

  • We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • The VAT charges may be vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.

Q: My order won’t go through. What should i do?

  • If you are having trouble placing an order please contact your bank or credit card provider. You can also use a different payment method.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

  • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

Q: What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
 
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
 
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
